Symbolic/Remembrance belief holder here! John 6:63 and Hebrews 12:2 (“He sat at the right hand of God” which implies a finished work, as such he can’t be re-presented as the Catholics teach). Additionally, Cannibalism is held as a terrible evil by OT sources (Ezekiel 5:10 and Jeremiah 19:9) So we have evidence that Jesus was not being literal.
