@ketorecipes: 💥 71G PROTEIN CHIPOTLE BOWL This has 575 calories, 71g protein, & just 16 net carbs a serving. Compare that real Chipotle at 976 calories, 54g protein, a lot more carbs. I made two key swaps: instead of regular rice, I used my high-protein, low-carb rice. Code SHREDHAPPENS always saves you 15%. And instead of regular beans, I used organic black soy beans from Eden Farms which have 80% fewer carbs. And lastly, I cut the cheese, avo, & sour cream in half. Here is how I made 4 servings: 1.Grab 2 chicken breasts. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil, season with salt, pepper. Massage in 2 tbsp fresh oregano, 4 minced garlic cloves, the juice & zest of 1 large lemon, 1 tbsp smoked paprika. Give it a really good mix. For best results let it marinate overnight. To make them juicy, I bring a pan to medium heat, add the chicken for 3 mins on first side with lid on, flip, cook for 8 more mins with the lid on, let rest for 5 mins, then cut them into cubes. I used 4oz of chicken a serving. 2.For the base, I boiled 8oz of my kaizen lowcarb rice instead of regular rice. I divided this into 4 servings, with each serving of rice having 20g protein on its own.. 3.For the beans, I used 1/4 cup organic black soy beans instead of regular beans. You can get these at any grocery store or Amazon. Its by Eden. 4.I used 1/2 small avo instead of guac. 5.I used 1/2 serving of shredded cheese instead of a pile. 6.I topped it with a chipotle yogurt sauce instead of sour cream. I mixed 3/4 cup thick greek yogurt, 2 tbsp of the sauce from canned adobo peppers, the juice of a lime, a pinch of salt, & 1 tsp chipotle powder. I used 2 tbsp of this sauce a serving. 7.And finally, added volume with shredded lettuce, fresh cilantro, cucumbers. This is SO filling and SO good it would be great for any meal prep.
