Reminds me of the incident with the bumblebee tuna employee that got cooked alive. My dad used to work there when it happened I was like 15 at the time and remember my dad being scared from knowing it happened a few feet away from him and he didn’t even know 😩

Isn’t Lock Out Tag Out required for all employees in that shift to all put their locks on the machine? That’s pretty sad to leave 1 employee cleaning the meat grinder all by himself

That company has a bad rep with its workers I was an onsite coordinator for an agency in that company and they complained ALOT ! But it does happen at processes companies like this in a different company a sanitation worker lost all his fingers cleaning a meat grinder because it turned on unexpectedly… the leads also expect the sanitation people to clean the machines FAST like in literal minutes break and lunch so of course something will happen also QC’s should of been there… they should always be present when cleaning machinary
