I'm so tired of hearing this. no you don't get fat by running, its the opposite. ever heard of that long distance runner who needed two airplane seats? me neither. do not listen to this guy. Or go ahead, and I'll continue to be more shredded than everyone else, including this guy - while I eat loads of chocolate on Saturdays, because I run alot.

Burning fat is done in the kitchen by keeping insulin low permanently.
Walking or running does not burn fat, especially not when you have eaten and insulin is up. When insulin is up glucose is used and no fat.
Even when you walk fasted for 1 hour the fat being used is approximately 30 grams. This is around 270 kcal. Lots of succes for the obese weighing 110 kg and 40% bodyfat (= 44 kg or 44.000 grams of bodyfat).

wish I could use treadmill 🥺 my heel spurs & it's surrounding pain & inflammation are unbearable. for cardio i gotta do Bike or stair master (no heel pressure) but I last no more than 5 min on there
