there isn't any point regreting it so stop beating urself up for that.. u will only hurt urself by doing that, waste ur time energy & mind over it.. so its good for u as soon as u just forget that & move on.. untill someone experiencenthemselves, they don't blv it what others tell them not to.. its our nature..
