@Tiana Young Morris Thank you so much!! I’ve been following your advice. In the past I have just ruined my hair, braids, wigs, sew ins, etc..So now I’ve followed the advice of washing weekly, low maintenance, no heat and also changed eating habits and definitely drinking more water and I’ve seen less shedding and it’s not as dry as it was.
