Maybe I’m over complicating it… but I never know how to measure meals when I’m making some kind of soup or pasta. I normally get lost when it’s time to add in the homemade sauce… so I could measure everything in the sauce but then when it comes to plugging it into the apps like “my fitness pal” there’s not an option that allows you to get a certain amount of what you made? (Hope that makes sense)
