@cheflisabrooks: Caption: This weekend, I had the incredible honor of judging a national culinary competition for the NAACP, where the winning student was awarded a full four-year scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America. 🏆✨ Teams from across the country competed in both culinary and hospitality, and I was blown away by the talent, creativity, and heart these young people brought to the table. It meant so much to me to be part of something that uplifts and celebrates the legacy of Black excellence in the culinary arts. Our ability to transform ingredients into something magical is a gift—and a legacy worth preserving. I was deeply inspired and grateful to judge alongside some phenomenal chefs. What a weekend.
