@bougieeats: The last course of the night: a dessert trio inspired by my favorite track off the Love Lost EP—Sinners. I wanted each bite to reflect emotion, texture, and the layers behind the music. When I was coming up in this industry, I realized real quick—if I wanted to make it, I had to have range. I started on the savory side, but over time, I fell in love with pastry too. And now I stand on this: the dessert course should be just as thoughtful and intentional as every dish that comes before it. It should leave a lasting impression. And while I may have curated the vision, this couldn’t have come together without the people beside me. @tam_is___ —drove down from the Bay after work just to help. Solid is an understatement. No questions asked. @eboneeeeee & @ni_ni_nickelodeon_01 —my baby cousins! Gave them a 5-minute training and had them out here serving like vets.
