@realresultsfitness: Read this before you panic about the scale⚖️ The scale went up... and now you’re freaking out You did everything right and the scale still isn’t moving in your direction Now you think you’re losing progress… You didn’t The number you’re seeing could is likely water weight This spike in water weight can be due to, salt, excessive calories, stress, lack of sleep, and the list goes on Weight loss is not linear and it’s very unlikely that you gain 1 pound of fat or more overnight This isn’t the time to panic. It’s the time to stay consistent. Here’s what to do: ✅ Drink water ✅ Get a lift or walk in ✅ Eat your normal meals ✅ Don’t try to “fix” it with cardio or restriction If your nutrition is in check, you’re in a calorie deficit, your cardio is in check, and your workouts are intense enough.. Losing weight is inevitable‼️ Keep. Going. 👊🏽
