It's all about EGOS and control, and the polices hatred of transparency. This come from poor training from the top down.Instead of focusing on upholding the Constitution, the law, or basic human rights, training prioritizes compliance. It encourages viewing all citizens as criminals and escalating situations to a physical level, highlighting the difficulty some have in managing the power of their authority.
