I am usually like whatever on the unboxing for the china warehouse cuz I didn’t have a problem before but for Thursday drop the host didn’t say my username correctly so I miss my window to record when they said part of it I asked if it can be signed they moved on to the next order 😭 so I think I am not ordering again from there just do what I did before see who pulls a secrets

I watched yesterday and Cici was so apologetic when she forgot to sign someone’s card! The Chinese stream just packages and moves on. It goes too fast.

I love cici but it was taking over an hour to unbox and get to mine so I won’t be doing that again. And I heard people were cancelling orders once they found out someone got a secret so maybe that’s why they made it quick to no be able to cancel..

Cici is so great! I felt for her yesterday because they were having system issues. She felt so bad and was so apologetic. I did unboxing once at night and it was done in a blink of an eye. I love that Cici engages and so does the community. I do think it sucked people canceled once the secret was found, the pop mart community needs to do better, you couldn't do that in store or on app, why do it on that channel.

I like cici but her actions over the past week due to people wanting to cancel has been really disappointing. A friend of mine was waiting 3 days to get a cancellation and no one did anything about it. Cici was being every shady and rude regarding it and although they fixed my friends order, there have been other people asking about cancellations and she’s been rude/throwing shade. I give her grace for being a host and I hope she changes but her attitude toward cancellations this week has been really bad.

It’s the number of people on in the afternoon vs night. If the orders slack off at night, they are more conscientious.

I’ve noticed they rush and put them in the shipping boxes to speed up the process so that’s why they probably forget to unbox. Also when you order something online usually when they print a label it automatically sends the customer a notification that it’s already packed. It’s pre programmed.
