@mirchelleytiktok: my favourite station 😍🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 last year I fell on my bump twice because I had no techniques. My two top tips: 1) Practice with 30% heavier weights. We always practiced with 100kg sled pulls. 6 months later, 70kg felt like feathers 2) Lock out and make sure there’s no slack in the rope when you’re walking back. You’re the strongest when you’re locked out so don’t lose that position! 3) Bonus tip; Stronger athlete to pull first because the sled is the heaviest when it’s the furthest.
