The house gets the warrant!! Mind you,depends on the charges the suspect has. If it's major, best believe they have did their due diligence on that particular suspect. They know through CI, snitches, surveillance, ect. Remember, they and the community knows that it poses as a rooming house👍 You said the magic word "raid" not a pickup order for a person👍

My city says mine had to registered as a rooming house through the board of health. The raid for the address is for the whole house if not registered.

The entire house is in play just as is everyone in it. It's like sitting on a wall on the block. Someone stashes. Everybody says it's not theirs. Police knock whomever is in immediate proximity to have possession or control and make YOU fight it in court.
