“cult” has been watered down into a meaning of a group and like the same pfp/usernames yknow? most people water it down to “username cult” and post it, so people can join. the people who posted it are most likely not to realize it’s a literal sacrificial cult. I don’t blame them.

Im literally going to scream on some of these videos because WHERE WERE YALL WITH THE PFP CULTS? THE EMOJI CULTS? Sure, harmless, but the term cult has been SO watered down to the point people don’t think of an actual CULT when someone says the word. I'll admit it, I'm gullible. I'm not fully educated on cults, nor did I know it was a cult. I joined thinking it was JUST a community, not thinking anything of it. I thought the emoji combo wasn't problematic since I haven't seen the combo before, and thought it would be like the trends that die out within a week or two, since no CWS or Gigi's videos were on my fyp. I didn't think or do my research before I acted, and now I regret everything
