I still have zucchini trauma from my childhood. It was the first time we grew it. We planted too many and dad used miracle grow. I can still taste the zucchini bread, lol. We had zucchini with every meal all winter.

I just had a marinated zucchini sandwich on crusty bread, feta spread, greens and artichokes. It was ridiculously delicious. Saw some lady make it on here. My fave new way to eat zucchini
