Pontiac had the worst engines that was ever made for a car. They were always having issues with them.

I miss the station wagons from the 70"s. The big ones with big engines and fake wood panels, and the small 2-door wagons like Chevy vega, vw 411, etc.

Idk why a lot of Pontiacs just seemed to be 3 steps from perfection. Olds had perfection with the 77 Cutlass. And then absolutely ruined it with the Salon in 78.
