I had to do PT for injury once. I was surprised at how small and gentle the movements are. I thought it wasn't doing anything but the consistency does!

I healed mine through functional training,unilateral training,core training,stretching and strengtheing glutes and QL. Strength training made it worse. I strengthed trained after i recovered.
