I think they should make him forget his life like chimney but only a couple years and he thinks he's late to his and Athena's first date and he remembers Athena and runs up to Athena and is apologiesing for being late to the date and Athena is horrified and then Bobby faints and gets put into hospital, he wakes up after awhile and he forgets even more and only remembers her from the diner fire and he like "Sargent? Was the diner fire bad?" and Athena's still too horrified to speak and so is the whole 118 and he says "who are they 3?" pointing at buck, Eddie and Ravi and buck has a whole break down since his peepaw forgot him and then he turns to chimney and hen and say "Han! Wilson! When can I get back to work?" and they hesitate to speak and finally say "you died Bobby." and he's like "no I didn't" and shakes it off like nothing happens and carries on his day.

The avenue would be downhill with falling viewing numbers. I really don't trust them to start out S9 well. Kinda tired of going well that part of the season was lackluster but like 4 episodes of the season were really good. Like for the most part S6 is the last season I could see me rewatching multiple episodes. S7 a couple but S8 I have no urge to rewatch any of it.

if they even handled everyone's grief decently, I wouldn't even be that mad, but the fact they showed crumbles of their grief and then ended so quickly the season with a sloppy message of "we can mourn him together!!" (they never will, they will act like they are healed and throw some random mentions of bobby like "bobby used to say" or "bobby would...") "we're still a family!! (they did not show us once a good family scene where they talk, maybe just the hen and Karen scenes with Athena) "we have hope because a new life started!!! (don't even get me started with Robert Nash Han oh my I hate them). I'm sorry but I'm sure that by the start of season 9 everyone will be somehow okay and not even affected by his death anymore, as I said maybe just some nostalgic mentions or funny mentions but that's it. because they can't write grief, they can't write the consequences of their actions. Tim said his death would open interesting plots for the characters but funny how all the plots started and ended off screen and were even left out (like buck wanting to leave when it was never mentioned before and we never saw him reflect on this decision. no he just said that and at the end of the episode it was like nothing happened)

there’s a part of me that thinks they didn’t realize how beloved bobby was or didn’t predict people were going to be this mad about it for this long and will realize the mistake and fix it, and then there’s part of me that thinks they’re going to fully ignore all that noise out of spite 🥲

I'm still hard on the wrath of khan trail. they killed him to have him back S9. we even have baby bobby (parallel baby spock) by now. still the most annoying storyline along Chris TX....
