A message to the body of Christ in America and to the nations in this time of great turbulence and, darkness: The past few weeks have been truly tragic, we have seen the world turned upside down. Shocking news, death, and many rivals. These past weeks many believers have been divided when our mission is simple: love. When I look on social media, I see so many arguments among believers.. some to the extreme of wishing deaths and taking pride in lives taken away, being in joy over families and loved ones who have lost a loved one and it truly breaks my heart.. because God never called us to agree with everyone..He called us to love and pray for them. A true Christian no matter who their enemy is, no matter who they disagree with will never wish death on anyone nor be glad that their lives are taken. Jesus looked at Jerusalem and didn’t celebrate over their ignorance..He wept and died for them. As Christians we truly look less attractive, disheartening and ignorant when we do anything outside of the true agape love of Christ. So many people want to win arguments and lose souls, when the mandate is truly to win all the souls even if you have to lose an argument to do so. Why are we arguing, slandering and pushing a negative agenda of hate when we should be loving everyone just as equal as we expect God to love us. What happened to loving your enemies? What happened to praying for those who persecute you? We call for revival and fail to pray for those who disagree with us? We call for revival and fail to love those who persecute us? I can really care less about the standards of the world but, as the body of Christ.. our only response now should be love and prayer for those who are hurting, families, and the world. You don’t gain anything proving yourself right just to turn others away from our God. You can get all the applause of men with your theological disposition and miss out on God being pleased with you because, you gained men’s approval but failed God’s standard for you which is to love unconditionally no matter who, their beliefs, their skin color and the way of life. So with that being said, I want to charge you to simply love and pray. Selah.
