Do you have trusted Chinese eBay sellers? My experience has been they tend to send cards that are OC as they don’t send pics of the actual cards before purchase.

How do you decide when to buy a region exclusive? I think back to the Red Victini being printed in English, or the Van Gogh Pikachu getting a Japanese printing way later - potentially causing prices to shift dramatically.
