Low Ping thinks there IS a Problem. because high Ping Always Hits. they see you earlier and Hit faster.

Thats not true, it doesn’t work on any ping. Why? Because it does work, if u on ur client should get a kill, damage predict gives u the kill. Only the game itself mainly netcode and subtick, is broken, so it registers hits as misses, and misses as hits.
