I don’t think he is guilty. I do believe perhaps he was involved, but don’t feel he was the only one it so. Too many unknowns, and til he tells us he did it, where the weapon is, actual DNA (not touch)— then I will believe he is guilty. He had no chance to a fair trial. The case has been a mess since day 1, and I’d really like to know why the rooommates didn’t call for 8 hours, and said they were “asleep” when they were on their phones all night. It’s all fishy.

Ok so here’s my theory. Xana walked upstairs (there’s proof of this) and probably saw him attacking the girls, she turned and fled down the stairs (probably saying “someone is here”). Kohberger ran after her because maybe he recognized her from The Mad Greek too. And chasing her, led him to Ethan. So he had to take out the witnesses too.

I’m a bit confused I thought the roommate didn’t know anything, she opened the door he walked right by she saw his bushy eyebrows & he left out the sliding glass door. She wasn’t even sure if what she was seeing was real. It’s so hard to know with everything being said in the media a lot of it false

I just assumed the container is what he used to stash all of his clothing and supplies, since he walked out of there not tracking any blood/DNA outside or in his car (when he had just sat down on a chair in Xana's room leaving blood on it). And then he could drive out to the middle of nowhere and dispose of all the contaminated things. I am very curious what he was wearing and what the container was shaped like when Dylan said she thought she saw a firefighter. No one has really expanded upon that... 🤔

I really think the “container” was just the kn!fe. Somewhere it was stated that DM said it looked like a vacuum. Without the sheath he had to have been holding it. May have even sat down in XK’s room, took off shoe covers and covered it with those for his way out of the house.
