my dad is a cook and has alot of non stick pans and I can tell u rn the rzn why ur pan is ruined is bc its not supposed to be in contact with soap ur supposed to just rinse it

After cleaning it put it on the stove for about 2 or 3 minutes then put salt in it let it heat up then throw the salt out and wipe it out with a paper towel

The pink stuff is a scrubbing paste and way too coarse for the pan

My GreenPan Ceramic sticks like crazy cooking eggs, noodles n etc. I add flour in oil to cook and it doesn’t stick so much. 👍

Buy ceramic pans👍🏻 they have non stick properties and can handle scrubbing alot more. Still be careful with sharp objects around them

You have literally scrubbed away the non stick when clean 10/10 would NOT recommend using a scrub daddy on non stick, if anyways a regular sponge on the softer side will do…

It’s sticking bc there’s no more non stick coating on it, probably using too much pressure when scrubbing

Not supposed to use soap or scrub hard, seasoning the pan will help with sticking
