That is where the manipulation comes in. If a man asks you to trauma dump on him, it’s because he is collecting information to use as ammo to utilize against you negatively later. It is very rare a man is genuinely interested in the struggles of a girl unless there is something he intends to ‘ get out of it ‘ I know this from experience looking back at my past relationships and how my current man has helped me actually mentally heal from that manipulative trauma while also providing for me financially, it’s been really nice.
