Had mole skin on mine and it started coming up and like you said, I did not like archery for a while. Got it figured out and now I like archery again. lol. Need to put the felt back on my rest and then do this to it.

They actually make a thing called a Tootal Peep Rest shield for a QAD rest. I’ve been using one for 3 yrs. They’re around $15 but well worth it love mine. I’ve shot thousands of shots through mine and still in great condition.
