You should’ve went with LVT, you could’ve took a patch up and put it back down after that’s why I always say is the best

Plumber here - you don’t need to take it up. You need to get someone with plastic press fittings! Cut it, coupling, press it up and the floor can go back down x

The click herringbone does look nicer but i think the lvt is way more practical you can just lift the area you need and relay no need to lift everything up

Underfloor pipes should not be placed like this they need to be covered in a layer of screed. It’s also better to use heat conducting material like tile and not wood these will expand and cause issues.
