question I’m a beginner and when I do leg presses or anything similar to squatting or just anything lower body my lower back just can’t take it, my legs do FINE I could even add more weight but my back just can’t. I do my best to keep my head aligned with my spine and try not to hunch/arch if not necessary Is there something I might be doing wrong or should I do something else?
