 1 tablespoon olive oil
 Sauce
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 2 teaspoons minced garlic
 1 cup chicken broth
 ¾ cup heavy cream
 ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
 3 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
 Fresh basil, for garnish
 Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 6–8 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Whisk until smooth. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed. Simmer for a 4-5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Return the chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss well to coat in the sauce.
