All 3 of these help me: ✅ Hit my protein goal ✅ Stay full for hours ✅ Avoid random cravings later in the day Here’s how I break it down 👇🏼 🥚 Option 1 (My go-to when I have time): 4–5 eggs (I’ll mix in egg whites to save calories) ½ avocado 1 slice sourdough • 2–3 servings of fruit (whatever’s in season or in my fridge) 🔥 Great balance of fats, carbs, and protein. Keeps me fueled for heavy lifts. 🥣 Option 2 (Quick & Out the Door): 1 cup oats 1 scoop whey protein 1 cup frozen blueberries Drizzle of honey Dash of cinnamon 💡 Easy to prep, hits the sweet tooth, and protein is still locked in. 🍓 Option 3 (High-Protein Snack Vibes): 250–350g Greek yogurt 1 scoop whey protein 10g honey Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, banana) 🎯 High protein + low effort = perfect when I’m in a rush or craving something cold.
