It’s obviously not good enough if innocent ppl r being detained however trumps only deported 200k while Obama deported over 3 million id like 2 know how many undocumented cases like this happened in his term

So he was caught after 3 days of overstaying. Presumably ice didn't pick him up from the plane. So who knows how long he would have overstayed otherwise? I'm Irish btw, and people like this should not be defended. Irish people always use injuries/hospital as an excuse for everything also. And if he went to a US hospital, well then ice is the least of his concerns...

He wasn't there legally. This happened under Biden by the way. The guy has 'mental health issues' and was arrested while on a visa. Wtf was did he expect to happen. You can be sure that there is more to this story than you are hearing here.
