Tip, be sure you get your PT to show/help you with activating your transverse abdominis muscle while doing anything to strengthen your core. I went yrs not knowing any better & I’ve been thru so many therapists that never even mentioned it. If your PT doesn’t focus on how important this is then find a new one

Thanks for sharing. I’m glad to know. I’m not alone in this. I’ve been suffering with the same problem for over a year. I’ve been to numerous doctors and therapists. I go to therapy twice a week since I can remember. I did the same first three exercises that you showed but no one‘s ever told me to try the fourth so I’m going to start doing that immediately. The only thing they’ve found that really helps is putting me on an inversion table which they just started two weeks ago. That’s really made a difference so you might wanna ask your therapist about that.

Hah, I received number 1 from my PT today. I’ve done #4 with a step ladder instead of wall/doorway. Great drawings!

I’m doing similar pt exercises, I was diagnosed with IT Band syndrome. I hope they help.
