Luckily ur sister (me) did case studies using her own self for long time and discovered high protein breakfast, my cottage cheese egg mush, and waiting 1 hour after waking up to drink coffee helps balance coritisol levels and stops the 2pm crash and helps cognitive function

avoiding 2pm crash: i work corporate, so i eat lunch + work at the same time and then take my “lunch break” to go for a walk OUTSIDE at two. it literally saves me from the midday fog

I put vanilla protein powder in my coffee every morning so good I blend/froth it with milk and add to coffee! I also put collagen peptides in its like rlly gooood
