Sad part of wrecks are the fact the car value drops because of the accident and insurance companies only cover the cost of repair. There should be laws in place to correct this.🤔🤔🤔

With Texas the minimum is 25k for property damage(how much they will cover for repairs or if it got total out) but if the damage is more he will have to either get a lawyer or get his insurance involved so they go after the other party insurance or person to pay the full amount of the repairs— had to do it for my truck was valued at 41k when it got totaled out and had to get my insurance involved so can go after the other insurance/person to get the rest of the $16,000

See it doesnt look bad but the issue is the fact that it is all carbon fiber, so where that might me 3 grand in damage on a normal car, its now 10 to 12k
