If I do want froyo or McDonald’s fries, I’ll fit it in my macros.. but the days of going wild at Cheesecake Factory are done for the next couple months. 😢
Say “YUM” if you would eat this In N Out Taco 🍔🌮🙌 How to make it: 1. Caramelize onions in butter & set aside. 2. Flatten a few burger patties, add salt, pepper & fry in mustard. 3. Place the patties on a low carb tortilla with a slit cut halfway up the middle. 4. Add cheese, the onions, and any other toppings you want. Fold it like I do in the video and fry until the outside is crispy. For the spread just mix sugar free ketchup, mayo & relish. You can add sweetener if you want but it’s not necessary! Pro tip: You can replace the mayo with plain Greek yogurt to make it super high protein & lower calorie.
Say “YUM” if you would eat this Caesar Salad Crunchwrap 🥗😋🙌 How to make it: 1. Coat a flattened chicken breast in egg wash and Parmesan. Then air fry @ 400F for 10-15 mins. 2. Cut a slit halfway up the middle of a low carb tortilla & add your chicken to two sections and romaine lettuce to two sections. 3. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and fold like I did in the video. 4. Eat as is, or heat up some Parmesan in a non stick pan and press the wrap into the Parmesan. Take it off once it crisps up & enjoy! Pro tip: If you don’t want the crispy Parmesan coating just add some Parmesan on the inside 👍
Say “YUM” if you would eat this Creamy Tuscan Chicken 😋🐓🙌 What you need for the chicken: 2 large chicken breasts 3 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach 2 tbsp olive oil Seasonings of your choice For the sauce: 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan 1 tsp minced garlic Salt, pepper & Italian seasonings to taste How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 375F. 2. For the chicken combine the cream cheese, cherry tomatoes & spinach. 3. Butterfly the chicken breast, coat with seasonings, oil & stuff the mix inside. 4. Secure with toothpicks and bake for 30-40 minutes. (Until internal temp reaches 165F) 5. For the sauce combine your cream, butter, olive oil, parmesan, garlic and seasonings to a sauce pan over medium high heat. 6. Whisk until it thickens. 7. Add your spinach and tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach wilts. 8. Pour over your chicken breast & enjoy. This protein packed dinner is easy, low carb and super delicious 👍
Say “YUM” if you would eat this Fluffy Protein Bread 🍞😋🙌 What you need: 1 cup egg white powder 1 cup water 1 cup cottage cheese, blended How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Mix the egg white powder and water with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. (It takes about 5 mins) 3. Fold in the blended cottage cheese. 4. Pour it in a greased, parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. 5. Take it out, let it cool & enjoy!
