@kt_sharp: The first thing I tell girls struggling with intense endometriosis symptoms like bloating, abdominal or pelvic pain and even cyclical migraines is: the way you eat shapes the way you live. I first changed my diet and focused on improving my nutrition and eating habits in 2016/2017, so it’s been a loooong process. (And I didn’t even know I had endo back then) I’ve had to learn to give myself grace and revisit triggers to see if they still bother me. Currently in that process again! But one thing so many girls with endometriosis don’t realize is the gut connection and how much your gut health plays a role in how your body processes toxins and hormones. When you improve your gut, you will likely improve your endometriosis symptoms and even resolve some of the underlying issues that make the endo worse like SIBO. Creating recipes that I love has been the thing that has helped fuel me and make me feel good and strong. & yes controversial as it may be, I still eat red meat. If you’re interested in getting some recipe inspo and other goodies visit the 🔗 in my bio to get a copy of a The Cozy Girl’s Recipe Guide. I made it for girls who need recipe inspo just like I did! 💖 and I would love your feedback on it 🫶🏼 I will 99% of the time cook in my cozy pants and girlllll you should too. #endometriosis #hormonehealth #guthealth #chronicpain #inflammationrelief
