When I had a double mastectomy, I went to the salon and they washed, dried and braided my hair, it lasted a week with dry shampoo!

See if you have a local beauty college! They usually can do a wash and maybe braid or something very cheap

Yeah. Lean down or just see if your man will do it. My husband had to wash my back and hair for a week or so.
