reminds me of the episode of andy griffith where opie meets a guy who jingles and walks among the tree tops- no one would believe him - and then the power line guy , who climb trees and power poles is in town - the guy was him. he jingled from tools etc and walked in treetops .

I have a fear of public restrooms, when I was 2 my mom and I got locked in a restroom at a restaurant we were stuck in there for a long time. No one came to check on us. Mom was pounding on the door. A stranger came to our rescue. That was in the 80s as well. PTSD is real

I had something similar happen to me at a bar… I was also 5 or 6.. also in the eighties. My dad was a drummer. Luckily my parents believed me and the man was kicked out of the bar. (I was in the bathroom by myself though, and the lock was just one of those old fashioned hook and eye locks)
