This is what I love about you! It drives me nuts that people just run with what they hear instead of doing their own research. I deep dive all the time. It’s important to question everything and think for yourself. People always assume NDA’s cannot continue after death.

Yes...this is what I'm talking about. According to Epsteins lawyer, the NDAs signed only covering not talking about their settlement amount...and this article says it frees anyone else from lawsuits. That's it...they are free to talk about the case and everything else. So if they arent allowed to talk, where is that coming from....a judge? if so, why would a judge put basically a gag order on the victims if it's not in the NDA?

Unless the victims choose to break their silence the NDAs stick despite that if he were alive they'd be challenged in court. His death has their hands tied. Now, the question is is there some case law or statute that can be used to untie them even if the victims should fight it and in years of working in the system I don't know of one that would.
