Had an Airbnb get mad and contacted me outside the app because we canceled our reservation. It was advertised as a cabin, showed photos of a cabin. Turns out it was a run down mobile home. it was deemed uninhabitable. So we definitely canceled. She harassed us for weeks. Air bnb got involved and helped deal with the situation
