@agriculture5639: #PlantTok #TikTokLearningCampaign Rusty nails can be more than just scrap metal — they’re actually a powerful source of iron for your plants! In this video, I’ll show you how to turn old, oxidized iron into a liquid fertilizer using water and vinegar. It’s an easy and effective way to provide soluble iron that your plants can absorb immediately, perfect for boosting growth and preventing deficiencies in alkaline or nutrient-poor soils. #PlantTips #OrganicFertilizer #IronForPlants #RustyNails #GardeningHack #PlantCare #HomeGardening #DIYFertilizer #SoilHealth #UrbanGardening

You should neutralize remaining acetic acid first with sodium carbonate for a balanced PH or you kill the plants.

I'm not sure you wanna use random hardware for this. Sometimes those alloys contain rather toxic elements like chromium. Maybe just grab a little red iron oxide from the pottery shop instead. Also there's probably enough iron in your soil.

you should check your soil first if it had enough heavy minerals to supply your plants

don't do this. the metal won't be just iron. it will be a mix of other toxic metals you don't want in your soil, or you.
