@kenzieee.d1: fit girl summer 🤗 I did 3 sets of 12 on every machine. I also stretch and do a 10 min warmup on the treadmill and sit in the sauna for 20 minutes after every workout but I forgot to record! 5 minute stretch, 10 min walk/run warmup, rowing continuously for 5mins,175lbs on leg press, 70lbs on abduction machine,65lbs on back machines, 20lbs on arm machine, 5 min cool down on stair master, and 20 minutes in the sauna .
