so uhhh as someone who tests for asbestos ... check those streaked grey tiles and any black glue behind them. and probably any other 9" vinyl tiles you find (good news they have the less scary asbestos?)

be careful if you remove tile in older homes because they might contain asbestos! in case no one warned you. stay safe! I love watching this journey and can't wait to see how y'all make over this house!

If you haven’t already, I’d hire someone to inspect the structure and lining of your pool, because if there is a crack or leak that’s gonna not be fun later.

As someone who grew up in FL the most important thing aside from cleaning tools is BUY A COVER!!! Plz save yourself the trouble of constantly having to fish out leaves when the pool isn’t in use 😭😭

For the pool, get a vacuum for the debris at the bottom and make sure the liner is good with no holes. You'll need to use shock, chlorine and other chemicals to make sure pH levels are good. Sunlight will evaporate the chlorine so you'll have to test the water regularly. You can get most supplies at Walmart

If you have to sand a lot more walls, buy an oscillating tool with a sanding attachment. It will save your sanity and time
