Oh I love flower bitter greens. I do need to add this to my garden but I find them easily at our farmers market. I grow sorrel, primrose, violets, & nasturtiums for their bitter greens & edible flowers. I’m not a great gardener but these are all very easy to grow.

I'm mad we moved bc we has so many Asian Supermarkets near us anf I'd just walk the aisles and see some ingredient I'm not use to and would ask the people getting it how they use it or I'd take a pic and go home and look it up. Our meals were so nutritious and our kids were trying so many different things
