Keep diapers, wipes, spare clothes in a caddy in your trunk. And then I keep snacks, toys, wipes, hand sanitizer etc in my everyday tote and it’s ready to go. My toddler is 20 m so I don’t feel the need to keep diapers in my bad for just the grocery store or errands bc I just change her in thr car on the go if we need!

I have 2 diaper bags. One for short outings like grocery shopping that has a few diapers wipes snacks and another one that has diapers wipes snacks extra clothes meds/creams for far drives or going over to someone’s house. And I wait til they wake me up lol my kids sleep in (2yr old and 1 yr old) bedtime is 9/9:30 and wake up by 9/10 mama needs her sleep to function throughout the day 😩

I have a diaper caddy in my trunk because sint no way this epidural back carrying a diaper bag lol also being pregnant with a toddler is wilding😭🙃
