they were correct, women in the workplace has lead to a 10x increase in house prices, a decrease in wages and a decline in living women have been tricked into thinking slaving away for a corporation 80 hours a week is somehow more important than having a family

All about choise..but gotta say I'm sure alot of women would love to stay at home nowadays..Creche at 7am, collect at 7pm after work..then house keeping and childrens activities...Crazy difficult for a lot of women....

Ah I love the way they say taking maternity leave is “shooting off for 3 or 4 months”

When didn’t women work? My noted worked, my late grand mother worked in the 30’s. Not to mention the work in the home & raising children.

I was in my 20s! Only 3 mothers in my circle of friends worked. One was a nurse who did night shifts. One was a post mistress. One was my mother but my Dad was at home. I think having a parent at home is definitely a good thing and should be recognised as important...

Wow. In 1990, I was 7 and dreaming of becoming a vet, felt like my possibilities were unlimited. I don’t think I was aware how widespread the chauvinism was then. We’ve come so far! Grateful to everyone who led the way
