we had the same thing, the underfloor pipes lifted the floor and we had to have it all removed, the plumber messed up big time then walked away. cost us £10000 to sort out. I know how you feel. it's a nightmare x

Don’t apologise, be devastated, it’s your right, it’s your property, and hard earned money, I would be. Nothing wrong with being upset. Ignore the negatives, concentrate on the positives. People will have their opinion it’s not necessarily the right one. You most certainly don’t have to answer to anyone. Be proud of what you have achieved.

It’s a blessing I. Disguise now you can have the floor fitted properly after the kitchen is done , then it won’t creak .. get a floor fitter to do it not a kitchen fitter

Disasters happen and it’s horrible when it does. Our kitchen was handmade and over 120 k and we still had a few problems. Don’t worry it will be sorted 🥰

My thoughts exactly! You are more than entitled to be devastated! Doing a project like this in your home takes so much thought and time. I understand your plight having been involved with kitchens for 40 yr. this is just a blip on your journey. shake it of as the small issue that it is, Let your flooring guys sort it out. ignore the dafties on here and leave them to Polish their super human medallions every day.
