bed rotting is the worst thing istg, it's literally like just locking yourself away because you just 'gave up'. finding motivation is like a chore almost, just like not even wanting to get up out of bed to do the simplest tasks like eating or needing the bathroom. people underestimate how effective and how bad mental health can get. especially trauma is an anchor in the sea too. i wish the best for everyone, stay strong. if it helps at all, set little goals. such as getting up out of your room and sitting with others like your family ect. it may help if a reward is in place, this won't work for everyone but it's definitely worth trying. there's just so many things that can make mental health worse, and people brush that off as an excuse "why are they not coming out?" "you're being lazy" "just eat something." "why are you skipping school?" like ts is serious. and tbh with you, depending where you go, some communities are uncaring. same for people on the Internet and such. man, i find it hard for myself too, speaking from experience. but they don't deserve people like you. people who are already on the brink of giving up, no hope and possibly sh ect. i belive in you, everyone can get better somehow. yes it's going to be hard, but in the end you'll feel so much better. take care, and remember this: you're not going through this alone, many are in the same boat as you. and if you would like to think so or not, people care for you. me included.💗 [man i wrote ALOT 😭]
