Some people that get hired for customer service at a nice convenience store save mark Save Way, Food 4 Less wherever you get hired, you’re only customer service to help the customers when you see somebody trying to steal or shoplift don’t intervene you can get hurt or can’t get in trouble stop trying to play security. It’s up to the store management to take care of it. That’s not your responsibility. I know I did it before.

Ya I wouldn’t recommend catching people trying to steal. Because companies like to complain that they are losing money from it and they can use that excuse to fire their employee to save money. When it’s time for taxes they can cover themselves by saying they lost a lot of money due to thief. So they can get a tax write off. So at the end of the day the best thing to do is to let them get robbed and you can even join in and get a piece of that action.
