My son hasn’t ever fought me too bad but I let him ‘help’. I place the clipper and close it but I let him hold the end and pinch so he thinks he’s doing it. 😅

my daughter told me to do hers while she was asleep. We did that for 2 years until she said she could do it awake.

I have 2 boys and they are 4 and 5. Honestly I never gave them a choice and told them either sit there and be still or get a whipping. 🤷🏻♀️🤪 sorry I don’t have any other advice lol
